Their lowest setting can burn for 8 hours, which is only suitable for beverage service and other operations that don't need much heat. With applications requiring double the heat of standard cans, operators can use the high-heat option; it provides twice the output of gel fuel but only burns for 3 hours. These cans are safer than gel fuel because they don't heat up when the flame is burning; they also burn without an odor and can be reused until they're out of fuel.
