Product Description

The portable spot welding machine adopts a modular design, integrating relevant devices such as welding transformers, air cylinders, electromagnetic valves, water and gas distributors, rotating rings and suspenders, balancing systems, and control handles. The main electrical circuit uses a three-phase AC 380V/50HZ input. After entering the intermediate frequency inverter resistance welding controller, the three-phase AC power becomes DC power through a rectification circuit, and then passes through an inverter circuit composed of power switching devices (IGBTs) to become intermediate frequency 1KHZ AC square wave output. After being reduced by a transformer, the three-phase AC power is rectified into DC power supply to the electrode for welding the workpiece. The intermediate frequency inverter controller uses current feedback and pulse width modulation (PWM) to obtain stable current output to meet the requirements of welding specifications.
