The equipment adopts lead edge adsorption paper feeding. The main engine and fan inverter control the start and stop. The high-power dust removal fan cleans the surface of the cardboard. The main touch screen and side touch screen use the PLC programming system to control each part, and realize the man-machine interface to control the operation of each part. The printing accuracy of this machine can be adjusted from the paper feeding, running, and receiving directions.

Paper feeding unit The lower roller of the paper feeding roller is made of high-quality seamless steel tube, which are finely grounded, pressed horizontally and electroplated to increase the friction of the cardboard. The rubber paper feeding roller are encapsulated in two layers, the inner layer is 28 degrees, which increases the elasticity of the friction rubber shaft, and the outer layer is 45 degrees, which increases the wear resistance.

Printing unit Use high-quality seamless steel tube to refine processing diameter is 175mm, dynamic and static balance correction, stable operation. Quenching and tempering, hot loading, dynamic and static balance, surface fine grinding, electroplating.
