Use Instruction:

1. Choose the right sterilized pouches according to the length of items. Put the clean and dry items into the sterilized paper-film pouch, the items should not exceed 3 / 4 space of the sterilized pouch to guarantee a sufficient closure, otherwise the burst possibility of sterilized bags will be increased.

2. Sharp instruments should be placed contrary from the stripping direction to prevent possible risk.

3. Tear the release paper, seal the pouch by the folding line, and then put up the label of product name, batch number, sterilization time and other information. Make sure the closure strap stick well to the pouch, and use fingers to press the closure line.

4. Put the closed sterilized pouches in the related sterilized equipments, and sterilize according to relevant international standard requirements.

5. Should confirm if the discoloration of chemical indicator is consistent with the discoloration of the sterilized bags after sterilize.

6. The products can not be used immediately after sterilize, they should be stored in cool, dry, ventilation and non-corrosive gas environments.

7. The sterilized pouch should be torn by the unsealed direction. Should be holding two torn edge while dissecting, and open it with uniform balance.

8. Check the sterilized pouch before using. Do not use if it’s damaged or polluted!

The notes:

1. The valid period will be 6 months on the steam sterilization method basis and will be 24 months on the ETO sterilization methods basis.

2. Do not use if pack is damaged.
