Function

Install the vacuum adapter on the air intake pipe of the negative-pressure vacuum sweeper. Turn on the vacuum sweeper and point the vacuum adapter to the exfoliated cells, which are then sucked into the vacuum adapter and captured by the filter. The negative pressure of the vacuum sweeper can be adjusted to change the vacuum force. AC power supply, strong vacuum force, suitable for application in the laboratory.

Method of use

A. Plug the adapter connector into the air inlet of the vacuum sweeper, vacuum adapter into the air inlet of the adapter connector.

B. Turn on the vacuum sweeper and the exfoliated cells are sucked into the vacuum adapter and captured by the filter.

C. Turn the pressure knob to adjust the vacuum force.

D. Remove the vacuum adapter and put it back in the packing bag (DNA free).

E. In the laboratory, rotate the two parts of the vacuum adapter apart.

F. Take out the filter with tweezers and put it into a centrifuge tube to extract DNA.
