Injection System

Enhanced twin-cylinder twin-rod injection mechanism has reduced injection return oil pressure and improved injection speed and service life, with dual linear guide double-carriage balancing seat mechanism to enhance accuracy incylinder positioning. Precise screw has greatly improved injection precision and reduced defect rate. Optional original imported pneumatic nozzles are easy to open and close, with reliable sealing; and adopt reinforced cylinder thickness and high-power heating device to ensure plasticizing efficiency.

The clamping system

1. Adopt high rigidity thick pressure plate to reduce mold expansion deformation;

2. Optimize the five-point toggle bar clamping mechanism to achieve uniform load, stability and fast movement of flat plate.

3. Adopt high-strength compression wear-resisting self-lubricating bearing, locking shaft and pull rod to reduce impact and increase service life;
