Brewhouse equipment is designed to produce high quality wort efficiently. With the malt quality improving, the brewmaster does not need to mash with strict and complex method. So, infusion have been able to help the brewmaster to get expected wort for fermenting to get various beers like stout, IPA, porter, Pilsner etc.. In this case, two vessel stainless steel brewhouse equipment is very common used in microbrewery below 20 HL. The brewmaster can brew 1-2 batches within 12 hours by two brewing vessels.
