Description

1. Main machine including: main machine rack, front and back up compress conveyor system, hydraulic web plate raise and fall locating system, fixed side work-piece clamp transmit system, compress side work-piece clamp transmit system, left/right guide arc and welding flux feeding control device, welding wire reel rack and followed device, welding grounding system, hydraulic and gas pipeline assembly.

2. The conveyor system in the front and back including: 15m in the front and 15m in the back, include transmit roller, frame, chain transmit system, drive decelerate device, side locating conveyor device, web plate pre-locating gas/hydraulic device(on the front conveyor), hydraulic system pipeline and so on.

3. Welding fluid recycle system including: 100Kg welding fluid recycle machine, recycle big welding fluid receptacle, recycle pipeline system 2 sets and so on.

4. Welding system including: Lincoln DC-1000 welding power, NA-5S welding operating box, K347B welding wire-feeding machine and welding cable, control cable 2 sets and so on.

5. Operating control system including: main control cabinet assembly, operating box, control and operating cables and so on.

6. Hydraulic system including: hydraulic station, action oil cylinder, hydraulic valve and pipe system.
