Description:

 The distribution on the upper column of argon component is not fixed. When the purity of oxygen and nitrogen changes, the distribution of argon will change correspondingly.

When the nitrogen content is excessive, the small temperature difference of crude argon column condenser will result in the liquid leakage of column plate; when the oxygen content is excessive, the extraction ratio will reduce, and the temperature of deoxidize furnace will be over high. Only when the operation condition of air separation plant is very stable, and the purity of oxygen and nitrogen reaches the standard, the argon column can be put into work.
