Description:

SS Filter Housing consists of SUS316L or SUS304, and take filter cartridge as its element. The SS filter housing can be used for filtration of liquid, gas and 0.1um above particles and bacteria, with high removal rating and flow rate. It possess properties of lower absorption, no medium shedding, no leakage, acid and alkali Resistance, and corrosion resistance. In addition, it is easy to wash and function as back flush, and is ideal filtration equipment for the industry of biology & pharmacy, beer & beverage, chemical, and water treatment etc.

Function: sanitary filter housing are normally used as polishing filter in almost all process industries.Sanitary filter housingis constructed of filter housing, filter cartridges, tube sheet, positive sealing arrangement for cartridge depending upon type of cartridge& choice of end connections. Positive sealing arrangement for cartridge filter assures no particle migration or fiber migration, even after high differential pressures.

Its cylinder is wholly made from quality 304 or 306L stainless steels ater strict materialsselection and meticulous manufacturing to ensure a steamline design that without any crack, with good surface and strongest resistance to corrosion, and attain a quality standard preventing from bacterial cntamination and suit the requirmments stipulated by GMP standards.

• Accepts 5", 10", 20", 30" or 40" length cartridge filter, installed filter cartridge number is optional :1,3,5,7,9.
• Electropolished 316L stainless steel construction gives maximum durability and corrosion resistance.
• Quick-release closure clamp allows easy disassembly and fast cartridge filter replacement.
