Drag wheel replaced process on the site:

1,Remove the head cover and on both sides of the board open active wheel spindle and motor connection, remove the cover on both sides of the bearing and hoisted out drag institutions (together with the chain wheel and bearing a lifting out);

2,Remove the gear wheel component and on both sides of the bearings, cleaning inspection, to replace the damaged bearing, seal ring;

3,Remove the drive sprocket and the wheel hub connecting bolt, worn out, respectively, sprocket, replace the new sprocket.

4,Drive shaft examine;

5,Cleaning parts and assembly in reverse order drag agencies;

6,Reinstall the drive wheels and motors.

7,check chain tooth mesh condition with running no load;
