904L stainless steel and 316L stainless steel difference:
1, copper content is different: 904L stainless steel contains a
certain amount of copper, but 316L stainless steel does not contain
copper.
2, corrosion and wear resistance is different: 904L stainless steel
than 316L stainless steel in corrosion resistance and wear
resistance is stronger.
3, the weight is different: 904L stainless steel containing
molybdenum, nickel, copper is higher than 316L stainless steel, and
the proportion of these three metals are larger than iron. So in terms of component, the same volume of 904L stainless steel
will be much heavier than 316L stainless steel.
4. They are used differently:
904l stainless steel uses: widely used in petroleum, petrochemical
equipment, such as petrochemical equipment reactor; Sulfuric acid storage and transportation equipment, such as heat
exchanger, etc.; Power plant flue gas desulfurization device, the main use parts
are: absorption tower body, flue, door plate, internal parts, spray
system, etc.
316l stainless steel is used in seawater treatment device, seawater
heat exchanger, paper industry equipment, sulfuric acid, nitric
acid equipment, acid, pharmaceutical industry and other chemical
equipment, pressure vessels, food equipment.
What is 17-4PH Stainless Steel ?
17-4PH is martensitic precipitation-hardened stainless steel. With high strength, high hardness, good welding performance and
corrosion resistance. It has been widely used in valve, shaft and chemical fiber industry
and high strength parts with certain corrosion resistance
