l The card is of modular design allowing for ease of transport and installation.
l It is mounted normally on an 800mm width platform with CE/UL approved walkways allowing for ease of observation and access as required in a safe manner.
l There is a metal detect system fitted whereby the feed rollers are designed to detect metal and will automatically go into reverse for several seconds to reverse any metal away from the card licker-in. Main cylinder equipped with emergency brake system.
l All card main cylinders and main rollers are manufactured in a controlled manner in house and are all dynamically balanced prior to installation.

Application :
The airlaid technology is based on a new aerodynamic fiber batt formation system.
In many applications of the nonwoven sector,capable of replacing traditional mechanical processes using carding machine and cross lapper.

*The validity of quotation is one month
* Payment :30%TT deposit , the rest must be paid before shipment by LC or TT
*Customers could inspect the machines and confirm before shipment
*Guarantee period is one year . Except the damage is caused by men
*We will send 2-3 engineers to install machines and teach your worker how to run machine well. The buyer shoud provide the visa . Round-trip air tickets , food and accommodation , allowance(100USD/DAY/PERSON).and the other necessary healthy insurance and safely etc.
