Step Chain Roller; 100x25, Hub Type Roller, With Bearing 6206, Pin
30
The step chain and step roller have two design structures, which
are the integrated roller and the wheel hub roller. The integrated
roller is made up of tires and bearings, while the hub type roller
is made up of tires, hubs, and bearings. The hubs can be made of
either engineering plastic (PA) or metal, with PA being the
standard and metal being an option based on customer requirements.
However, it is rare for metro customers to require metal hub step
chain rollers.
The step chain plays a crucial role in supporting the weight of the
escalator, and the step chain roller is an important component that
bears significant pressure. Typically, the hub type roller is used
for the step chain.
The step chain rollers are made of hydrolysis-resistant
polyurethane, while the hubs are made of PA. The eligibility tests
for the step chain rollers include anti-hydrolysis and oil
hydrolysis tests, both of which last for 250 hours, as well as a
life test run time of 5000 hours.
