The new energy vehicle hub motor test system is designed according to the motor related standards, which can carry out complete type test and comprehensive test system for DC motor and controller. The system can be widely used in the motor and controller system development, pilot test and other links to test whether the motor performance can meet the design expectations.

  The platform adopts our XLM1000 numerical control system, which is used for the whole control of the motor test bench. The XLM1000 control system communicates with the inverter system through CAN bus to complete the setting and control of each working condition of the platform. The XLM1000 control system receives the parameters of the motor collected by the data acquisition system through the RS485 serial port. At the same time, the XLM1000 control system integrates the external auxiliary equipment for centralized communication and control. The whole test process of the motor can be automatically controlled.
