1. What is Pseudo Color?
Pseudo color, also called false color, the thermal distribution of
objects can be transformed into visual pictures by the infrared
thermal imaging system and displayed on the monitor in grey level
or pseudo color. Thus the temperature distribution of objects can
be obtained. To make it easier for people to easily analyze a
thermal image visually it is represented using a false colors
representing the difference in temperature.

3. Working Principle of Infrared Focal Plane Array
An array of photosensitive elements is arranged on the focal plane
array detector. Infrared rays emitted from infinity are imaged on
these photosensitive elements of the focal plane array through the
optical system. The detector converts the light signal into an
electrical signal and performs integral amplification, sampling,
output buffer and multiplexing system, and is finally sent to the
monitoring system to form an image.
