  A: POPRUN products that are delivered sealed and have been opened after delivery cannot be returned. Goods must be returned intact, undamaged and bearing their bar-code labels and any other seals that are part of them; it is not possible to reimburse Users for goods that are returned incomplete, ruined or damaged.
