In shaft drive gearboxes, the sun gear drives the surrounding planetary gears which are housed in a rotating carrier. The ring gear is held stationary with the rotating carrier delivering drive to the shaft. The housing of the gearbox is fixed directly to the machine with the output being a rotating shaft.

Surface hardening is a heat treating service for reinforcing a metal surface. There are many different types of surface hardening processes. Quieter than many other gears, including spur gears, helical gears are popular with applications that feature both radial loads and thrust loads.
	Double helical gear Double helical gears are a type of helical gear that has two helical faces next to each other with a gap between them. The helix angles on each face are identical but opposing. The use of a twin helical gear set lowers thrust loads and allows for even more tooth overlap and smoother operation.

2.Forgings:
Guangda provide different forgings of shaft ,gear blank , ring rolling, rough machining, heat treatment and finish machining.
