Electrical Dielectric Strength Tester Plastic Testing Equipment
Scope of application:
It is mainly applicable to solid insulating materials, such as
plastic, film, resin, mica, ceramics, silica gel, glass, insulating
paint, etc., to measure the breakdown strength and voltage
withstand time under power frequency (48~62Hz) or corresponding DC
voltage in air or liquid medium. It is applicable to the mode of
continuous and uniform voltage rise or step by step voltage rise.
Apply AC/DC voltage to the sample until breakdown, measure the
breakdown voltage value, and calculate the breakdown strength of
the sample; The voltage shall be raised to the specified value by
using the method of rapid voltage rise, and the sample shall not be
broken down for a certain time. At this time, the specified value
shall be the withstand voltage value of the sample.
