Brief Introduce:

The roller frame can drive the circular work-piece to rotate through the friction between the work-piece and the driving roller to realize the welding of the annular weld.

The welding speed can adjust by the rotation speed of the active roller on the roller frame.

The rollers should always keep on the same axis to avoid deformation and slippage of the workpiece as it rotates.

The features of welding rotators:

1. It can combine arbitrarily according to the weight and length of the workpiece, and is easy to operate, flexible to use.

2. It can adjust the center distance of the roller in the limited range, is suitable for the workpieces with different diameters and place smoothly.

3. It is driven by an SCR power supply DC motor, stepless speed regulation, large welding speed range and stable speed;

4. It uses combined rollers, the steel wheel is covered with rubber, the transmission is stable, the friction force is large, and the service life is long.

5. The wheel pressure on the workpiece is small, which can avoid the work surface to produce cold work hardening.

It is suitable for any cylindrical workpiece, with better applicability and wide use.

Load ≤ 100—— Use Rubber Wheels and PU Wheels

100 < Load ≤ 500—— Use PU Wheels or Steel Wheels

Load ≥ 500—— Use 45# Steel wheel whose surface has undergone special heat treatment

Compared with ordinary rubber wheels, PU rollers have better bearing effect, wear resistance, acid resistance and high temperature resistance.
