RG500U-CN is a high-performance, cost-effective LGA package 5G Sub-6 GHz module designed for IoT/eMBB applications. Using 3GPPRelease 15 technology, it automatically adapts to 5G NR NSA and SA dual-module networks, supports TDD and FDD modes, and supports dual cards. Backward compatible with 4G/3G, package design and pin definition are compatible with 5G module RG500Q series.

The RG500U-CN is an industrial grade module, suitable for industrial and commercial grade applications only.

RG500U-CN has built-in rich network protocols, integrates rich peripheral interfaces, provides PCIe/USB/SDIO/UART/SPI/I2C/I2S/GPIOs and other communication interfaces, and supports various driver and software functions, and supports VoLTE (optional), VoNR (optional), DFOTA, Audio, eSIM* (optional), greatly expanding its application scenarios in the IoT industry.
