Mini Doypack packing machine is controlled by microcomputer central processing unit (PLC), triggered by solenoid valve, driven by air cylinder, and operated by sensor on-line to monitor the operation. Use soft suction cup to complete the main effective actions such as bag picking, conveying, bag opening, etc., and set emergency stop and vacuum. The sensor function ensures stable, smooth and safe operation.

Mechanical structure:

Mini Doypack packing machine adopts standard SS304 body and contact parts, optional SS316 contact parts; integrated mobile casters;

Main functional devices:

1. Bag storage device

●Used to place storage prefabricated bags;

●Suitable for various bag types and sizes, easy to adjust, up to 30~50 bags per cycle;

2. Thematic work organization

●This is the main working area of the Mini Doypack packing machine. The structure is very compact, the operation logic is strong and linear, and the actions are performed one by one; the food-grade silicone suction cups are used to complete the actions such as taking out and opening bags;

●Concentrates all effective actions such as bag opening, filling, inflation, air extraction, material arrangement, sealing, coding, finished product output, etc.;

3 bag holder

After the bag is taken out, the bag clamper clamps the edge of the bag, and the position of the bag is fixed to facilitate opening the bag, filling, sealing and other actions until the finished product is released;

●The relative position of the two clips can be adjusted to meet the operation switching requirements of different bag sizes;

4 lower hopper

●Guide material and pre-loaded material; when working, it will be directly inserted into the bag mouth 3~5cm to guide the material to fall into the bag smoothly;

●Square bucket is used for granular materials, with opening and closing door, which can be preloaded with materials; round bucket is used for powder, and is equipped with a vacuum kit; liquid packaging is generally not required

Need to lower the hopper, but will be equipped with anti-pollution casing;
