1. Equipment function: The Al laminated film forming machine is specially designed for the forming of lithium pouch cell case forming . Different forming molds can be customized according to customer requirements ,to realize the case forming of pouch cell of different sizes, and has high safety performance , convenient to replace the mold and easy to maintain.

2. The working principle of the equipment: the use of high-precision molding double force cylinder, drives the mold to rise, the work reaches the set range, and the lower mold returns to the original after the punching is completed.

1. Sheet aluminum laminated film forming, suitable for R&D and sample preparation applications.

2. The molded product is stretched evenly, with high-quality stretching effect, and no defects such as strain or rupture.

3. Driven by cylinder, the forming pressure is adjustable.

4. The discharge port is protected by a safety grating for safe operation.

5. A set of standard size molds are included, and can also be made according to customer requirements.
