Description

Cone rubber fenders are an efficient rubber fender type that can be used in a variety of applications. It is an improved version of the cell fender with the best performance and is recommended for all types of applications, including site with large tidal changes. It has a conical shape and a fully embedded rubber mounting flange. Exquisite geometry and tapered shapes create many outstanding performance features.

With the same height as other type of rubber fenders, it has a higher energy absorption capacity. The conical shape for rubber fenders is designed to provide stability at all times, allowing the rating to be shifted to 70% and maximum regardless of shear, axial force or angular force. And allowing the max. Defection up to 72%. Cone rubber fenders are also more stable under large compression angles and provide better shear resistance than any other fender types.

Installation Accessories

Front Panel: Reduces surface pressure and avoids damage to fenders and boats.

Face Panel: Reduce the coefficient of friction to protect the hull. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene.

Pre-installed Bolts and Nuts: Used to secure the fender to the dock. 1Cr18Ni9Ti, SUS304, SUS316 stainless steel or Q235 hot dip galvanized.

Preset U-Rings: Secure the chain. Q235 painted or hot dip galvanized.

Anchor Bolt: Connect accessories such as fenders and front panels. Stainless steel (or hot dip galvanized).

Weight Chain: Supports the front panel to avoid sagging. 1Cr18Ni9Ti, SUS304, SUS316 stainless steel or Q235 hot dip galvanized.

Tension Chain: When the lower part of the fender is stressed, it limits the deflection of the fender. Q235 hot dip galvanized or painted.

Shear Chain: Prevents shear deformation of the fender system. Q235 hot dip galvanized or painted.

Financial targets 2023

We have defined ambitious financial targets for our company. By 2023, Hongruntong Marine aims to grow sales to 600 million dollars, of which 300 million dollars will come from emerging markets. For adjusted earnings per preferred share (EPS), Hongruntong Marine targets a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10 percent between now and 2023. These financial targets are based on organic growth, including continuous portfolio optimization, that is, small and mid-sized acquisitions as well as divestment or discontinuation of nonstrategic activities. Potential major acquisitions or divestments are not built into our financial targets.
