Product description
MCPLA-L25 is a kind of food grade silicone rubber, which is also named addition silicone rubber and platinum silicone rubber.MCPLA-L25 liquid platinum silicone rubber is generally a type of two parts liquid silicone rubber vulcanized under room temperature. The silicone components are delivered as liquids, which once mixed and cured transform into a translucent, elastic and resistant material. Polymerization occurs without formation of heat.
Applications
1. A range of materials can be cast into the cured silicone mold:
Polyurethane, Epoxy resin and other reactive resins
Small pieces of cement,plaster,gypsum,concrete products.
Food like chocolate,fondants,desserts
Wax,candle,soap;
Low melt metal
2. Life casting,casting body parts,prosthetics.
Processing and Instructions of Addition Cure Silicones
Apply a release agent, Although not usually necessary, a release agent will make demolding easier when casting into most surfaces.
Storage and shelf life
MC Silicone MCPLA -L Series should be used within 12 months from
the manufacturing date.
1.Store the original packing tightly sealed and at a temperature
below 30 degree Celsius.
2.Use the product as soon as the packaging has been opened.
