The Excavator Heavy Duty bucket is made of 16Mn steel, Chinese Q355b, with thicker plate and wearable parts, like bottom reinforced plates, side guard board, segments between bucket teeth. etc.

HT HD Rock Bucket is available in a wide-range of widths and capacities, and mainly used in: tough clay, volume loading for packed ground, loose dirt and some mixture of rock, some relevently harsh working condition.

It is available in a wide range of capacity and shape, according to customers' request.

Materials:

We adopted high-strength material, Q355B steel from top 3 Chinese steel maker, which is the most common used material in the industrial, same as European S355JR, American A57.etc.
Moreover, high-strength material like NM400, Hardox500 and HG785D are also available for your op
