Principles of anodizing
The principle of anodic oxidation is roughly like this. Before coloring, titanium semi-finished products need to be washed and acid washed repeatedly to remove oil, powdery dirt and titanium surface oxides. This step is to reduce the surface of titanium. The roughness makes the subsequent coloring effect more uniform.

Subsequent voltage treatment, which is the "positive play" part of titanium coloring, determines the formation of various changes in color. Use phosphoric acid with appropriate electrolyte concentration, aluminum plate as cathode, and treated titanium plate as anode for constant voltage treatment. The voltage thickens the oxide film on the titanium surface, and different film thicknesses correspond to different color changes.
To put it simply, the color gradation of colored titanium depends on the thickness of the film. The color of the titanium film is formed by the interference phenomenon of the light reflected by the film. It can be golden, brown, blue, yellow, purple, green, yellow-green, and even pink.
