Operating Environment and Working Conditions of Production Line:

This production line is suitable for the elevation 2000m below and temperature 5℃ above inside the workshop. And 380v, 50hz power supply, tap water and saturated steam are demanded in the workshop.

New Type Rollers:

This machine is composed of 9 pairs of rollers, noodles cutter, patterns forming device, machine frame, and transmission part. The roller power adopts 9 motors to drive the rollers independently. The waving mesh belt also has a separate power drive, and the drive of the dough cutter has also changed the traditional head drive to a separate power drive.

All electric motors apply frequency control to ensure the matching between this machine and the whole production line. Rollers are made of special process,with merits of high hardness & long life. Grooved rollers apply cylindrical roller bearing while smooth rollers apply spherical roller bearing with a purpose of in favor of improving the service life of the roller axis ends. Wallboard is made of steel plates with a merit of high strength. Obliquely open through grooves on wallboard and install grooved rollers and smooth rollers, very convenient in assembly, disassembly and maintenance.
