This machine adopts vacuum forming, equipped with automatic punch trimming function and conveyor belt stacking (three-station optional) function.

This machine uses a hydraulic device with 60 tons cutting force, which is strong and has a long life.

The whole machine parts are made of hard chrome on the surface to prevent rust.

The heating part of the machine is fully sealed to prevent temperature difference from being caused by external factors.

The vacuum tank is increased to 0.4m3, effectively increasing the vacuum force.

This machine adopts double-tube vacuum synchronization function, and the vacuum walkway is added to make the product molding more perfect.
