1. Application

It is mainly used for stranding and pressing of sector conductors, stranding, drawing and pressing of round conductors, and stranding and manufacturing of large square steel cored aluminum strand.The machine is equipped with man-machine interface, and all operating parameters can be displayed and set in real time, which is intuitive and convenient.

2. Features
2.1 All Cages, Pre-spiraling Heads, Taping Head, Capstan & Takeup are separately driven.

2.2 Stranding compressed, compacted round or sector shaped ( straight or pre-spiraling ) as per customer requirements.
2.3 All bobbins can be loaded/unloaded simultaneously by automatic loading equipment, thereby reducing loading/unloading time to Max.30 minutes.

2.4 Multiple bobbin size available(400,500,630.etc).
2.5 Mutiple host with mutiple cage number(6.12.18.24.30)optiona .
2.6 Disk type Pneumatic brake for cage.
