Due to the structure of the mechanical vulcanizer itself, the
mechanical vulcanizer has the following problems:
1. The moving pairs on the main force-bearing parts such as
connecting rods and crank gears are sliding bearings composed of
copper sleeves, which are easy to wear and have a great impact on
accuracy;
2. The clamping force on the upper and lower molds is uneven. For a
dual-mode tire curing machine, the force on both sides is greater
than the force on the inner side;
3. The parallelism and coaxiality of the upper and lower hot
plates, the roundness of the manipulator claws and the coaxiality
of the inner hole of the lower hot plate are low in precision
grades, especially the repeatability is low;
The clamping force is determined by the elastic deformation of each
force-bearing member when the crank pin reaches the bottom dead
center. The temperature change causes the size of the force-bearing
member to change, and the clamping force also changes. Therefore,
the temperature fluctuation during the production process will
cause fluctuations in clamping force.
Introduction to the structure of the vulcanizer:
1. Structural stability: a special four-column structure is adopted, the upper seat is reinforced with medium carbon steel, and the upright column is thickened and hardened to ensure structural stability and accuracy.
2. System: The high plane pressure equalization correction is adopted, and the pressure (18mpa) strengthens the nut leveling device, which can increase the parallelism of the upper and lower heating plates to 0.05mm.
3. Temperature control system: Adjustable from room temperature to 350°C, using intelligent temperature control to control the temperature fluctuation range within ±2°C.
4. Operating system: PLC combined with touch screen, whether debugging or production, can be controlled directly and simply.
