1. Magnetic bearing technology

*Using free balance technology, more than 10,000 signal acquisitions and real-time corrections per second, to ensure stable suspension of the rotor

*Omit the lubrication system necessary for traditional bearings, 100% oil-free operation

*Multiple safety protection, equipped with power-off protection system and system auxiliary bearing to avoid bearing damage caused by accidental power failure

2. High-speed permanent magnet motor technology

*The high-speed motor directly drives the ternary flow impeller, eliminating the need for the speed-increasing gear structure and improving the transmission efficiency

*The rotor is excited by rare earth permanent magnets, and the motor efficiency is over 96%

*Special high-strength carbon fiber binding technology, after 115% overspeed test, to ensure the reliability of rotor permanent magnets at high speed

*The electromagnetic characteristics of the motor, the aerodynamic characteristics of the impeller, and the variable frequency drive characteristics are matched and designed to achieve the best efficiency of the entire system

3. High frequency vector frequency conversion technology

*Focus on high frequency, carrier up to 16kHz, output frequency up to 800Hz, easy to drive high-speed motors

*Excellent loss and heat management, no derating of high frequency output, suitable for various harsh operating environments

* High-performance sensorless vector control technology, good parameter adaptability, high control performance, low output harmonics, and low motor heating

*Intelligent self-learning, one-key identification of motor parameters and control parameters, greatly reducing the difficulty and workload of debugging

4. High-efficiency fluid machinery technology

*Using high-strength aviation aluminum alloy or titanium alloy ternary flow impeller, five-axis machining center is integrally milled and formed, back-bending design, wide working condition range

*The design has undergone CAE finite element analysis, incoming materials have passed 100% flaw detection, processing has undergone 115% overspeed testing, and surface anti-corrosion treatment has ensured safety and reliability in the life cycle.
