Anti Static ESD Fabric Description:

High Quality 5Mm Grid Or Strip Cotton And Polyester Esd Fabric For Cleanroom Garment

Anti-static cloth is made of conductive fiber from Japan Kanebo belltron9R. It's mainly used in the production of dust-proof

clothing, anti-static clothing, anti-static mask, anti-static glove, anti-static shoe and shoe cover. The fabric is 1.5m wide,

surface resistance 10^6Ω-10^9Ω, available for class 10-100 cleanroom.


Anti Static ESD Fabric types:

1. 98% polyester and 2% conductive yarn;

2.anti-static TC fabric 63% polyester + 35% cotton + 2% conductive yarn;

3.antistatic TR fabric;

4.antistatic CVC fabric.

Different type fabrics adapt to the requirements of different anti-static or cleanroom environment. Widely used in microelectronics, optical electronics, precision instruments, and aerospace which are more sensitive to static electricity and have higher requirements in clearnoom.
