RV air diaphragm pump are available with many flow rates and sizes, allowing you to vary the flow outlet and discharge pressure. Our air diaphragm pump can run as slow as 0.26 gallons (1 liter) per minute and up to 275 gallons (1079 liters) per minute for larger pump sizes. Adjust fluid pressure up to 120 p.si. (8.4 bar) by using an air filter / regulator and a needle valve.
Each air diaphragm pump can be customized for your fluid transfer needs. Choose from a wide range of air diaphragm pump materials, casing options and accessories. Find metal or plastic fluid sections and housings that can handle any fluid, including corrosives and abrasive.

INSTALLATION
Be sure the mounting can support the weight of the air diaphragm pump, hoses, and accessories, as well as the stress during operation progress.

During installation, make sure that the air diaphragm pump has been fixed with bolts on the mounting feet.

In order to facilitate the operation and maintenance, the maintenance space should be enough during installing the air diaphragm pump.

While fastening the air diaphragm pump, rubber pad can be padded to reduce the noise and vibration during operation.
