Introduction:

This is fully automatic packing machine suit for packing granulate item like rice, beans, seeds, peanut, sugar, detergent powder etc. The machine is with the function of automatic film, forming and making bags, automatic bag sealing, date coding etc.

The single scale has one weighing bucket and the double scale has two weighing buckets. The double scales can discharge materials in turn or in parallel. When discharging materials in parallel, the measuring range and error are doubled.

Technical parameters

Note: models below 6kg are fed by Double Vibrators, one large feeding fast feeding and one small feeding slow feeding, and the amplitude is continuously adjustable. For models of 25kg and above, the large feeding is gravity feeding, the small feeding is vibration feeding, and the small feeding amplitude is continuously adjustable. For models above 25kg, the bag opening is equipped with bag clamping device.

Working principle

Dcs-gs series weighing machine is composed of feeding bin, vibrator, weighing bucket, funnel, electrical box, body and other parts. During operation, the packaged materials fall into the large and small feeding vibrators from the feeding bin. Under the control of microcomputer, two vibrators vibrate at the same time to send the materials into the weighing bucket. The electronic scale dynamically monitors the weight of the materials in the weighing bucket. When the material weight is close to the weighing value (packaging specification), The large vibration stops and the small vibration continues. When the material weight is equal to the weighing value, the small vibration stops. After the weighing is completed, wait for bagging. After bagging, the weighing bucket opens the door for unloading, and then automatically closes the door and feeds again.
