【Safety Pen Needle IFU】

Step 1-3 ATTACH

Peel off the sterility protector.

Attach the pen needle onto the pen by screwing it in clockwise.

Remove the outer cover.

Step 4-5 INJECT

Insert the needle into the skin at a 90-degree angle in one continuous motion until clear shield retracts and inject insulin by depressing the pen button.

The safety mechanism is triggered when the pen needle is full pressed against the skin.

Step 6 REMOVE AND DISPOSE

Lift the pen straight away from the skin.

The red indicator shows after injection. It means the insulin injection pen needle can't be used again.

Remove the needle from the pen by unscrewing it counter-clockwise and simply dispose in a sharps container.
