The screw is suitable for PET chips and bottle flakes.

(3) Pressure automatic feedback system can adjust the screw speed automatically.

(4) Material of barrel heater: Cast aluminium.

(5) Metering pump 30cc, rotation speed: 0-45 rotation.

(6) Round spinneret: 1 set.

(7) Dosing unit: 1 set

2. Cooling water tank: 1 set

(1) The tank is made by SS 304.

(2) Using heating pipe, power:18KW.

(3) Equip one suction device under the yarn support plate.

3. Seven roller stretching unit A

(1) Seven variable diameter rollers which made by stainless steel 304.

(2) Steel box with accurately grind gear makes the rollers run smoothly.

(3) Built-out oil lubrication system.Bearings: TIMKEN-TWB.

(4) Equip water collecting plate at bottom.

4. Overflow type hot water tank:1 set

(1) Tank size: 4000mm

(2) Heating power: 45KW in 2 zones, Electric heating pipe is in the tank.

(3) The tank is made by SS 304 with insulating layer.

(4) Water removal device: 2 sets with 5.5kw fan.
