Product Description:
1. Extruder

(2) L:D: 30:1; material of screw: 38CrMoALA ；

(3) Pressure automatic feedback system.

(4) Screw heater: Cast aluminums heating rings.

(5) Spinneret device: 1 set

(6) Metering pump, rotation speed 0-45rpm.

2. Cooling water tank: 1 set

(1) The tank is made by stainless steel 304.

3. The first seven roller stretching unit

(1) Seven variable diameter rollers, material: steel pipe with hard chrome plating.

(2) Steel cabinet with accurately grind gear makes the roller run smoothly.

4. Hot blast stretching oven.

(1) Oven length: 4000mm

5. The second seven roller stretching unit

(1) Seven variable diameter rollers with hard chrome plating.

(2) Steel cabinet with accurately grind gear makes the roller run smoothly.

6. Single layers hot blast annealing oven:

(1) Fan power: 2.2KW×2 sets.

(2) Heating power: 22.5KW

7. The third seven roller stretching unit

(1) Seven variable diameter rollers with hard chrome plating.

(2) Steel cabinet with accurately grind gear makes the roller run smoothly.

9. Lubricating system: 1 set

10. Semi-auto winding collector

(1) Winding frame according to customer’s request.
