Product Description:

The screw is suitable for PET recycle.

(3) Pressure automatic feedback system can adjust the screw speed automatically to ensure the uniform of yarn.

(5) Metering pump 50cc, rotation speed: 0-45 rotation.

(6) Round spinneret: 1 set.

2. Quenching tank: 1 set

(1) The tank is made by SS 304.

(2) Using heating pipe, power:18KW.

3. Seven roller stretching unit A

(1) Seven variable diameter rollers.

(2) Steel box with accurately grind gear makes the rollers run smoothly.

(3) Built-out oil lubrication system which makes the gears runs steady.

4. Overflow type hot water tank:1 set

(1) Tank size: 4000mm

(2) Heating power: 45KW in 2 zones,

(3) The tank is made by SS 304 with insulating layer.

(4) Water removal device: 2 sets with 5.5kw fan.

5. Seven roller stretching unit B

(1) Seven variable diameter rollers which made by steel pipe.

(2) Steel structure box with accurately grind gear makes the rollers run smoothly.

(3) Built-in oil lubrication system which makes the gears runs steady. Bearings: TIMKEN-TWB.

6. Spindle winder: 336 spindles

(2) The frame transmission is frequency control, driving motor: 2.2kw
