Description Of The Glass Fuse Box

1) AMPFORT600 V ac/V dc in-line watertight fuse holders allow maximum protection for high humidity and corrosive environments. The fuse holders are designed to be touch-safe and flexible for use in a variety of applications. See the list below for the redesigned part numbers.

2) The breakaway feature consists of a receptacle permanently attached to the power line and a fuse holder with matching terminals. If a knockdown occurs, the parts separate, leaving the energized conductor recessed and unexposed.

3) Breakaway safety fuse holder de-energize street lights, roadway lights, parking lot lights, and other freestanding electrical fixtures in an emergency or for maintenance. Orange color/black color is easy to find in the dark.
