5.Working Principle

Manually put the plate on 1#Dust cleaning conveyor into the plate dust remover, and the plate is transported forward through the belt of the dust remover; after the static electricity on the plate is eliminated by the static elimination rod, 8# Fan can make eddy current under the dust cover, blow up the dust on the board surface, and make the dust removal effect of the dust collector better. (If the factory has supporting central air suction system)Then the plate is input into the 2#Anilox roller gluing machine through the brush belt dust removal, fan dust collection and oven preheating, and then 6#Glue Machine supply glue on the plate surface by the glue applicator anilox roller; after the glue is applied, the plate is input into the3#Convery, and the operators on both sides of the 3#Convery take down the plate Put it on the 7#Assembly table and then put the plate on the 3#Convery by the operator; then the plate will continue to be transported forward to the4#Press Machine, and then it will be rolled and output to the 5#Out Plate Conveyor by the belt type compound machine; the 5#Out Plate Conveyor inlet end is equipped with the static elimination rod to eliminate the static electricity of the plate, and finally the5#Out Plate Conveyor outputs the finished plate, which is required at the5#Out Plate Conveyor end Equipped with operators to collect finished plates.
