Usage:

The conveyor belt splicing machine is mainly used for splicing conveyor belt. It is the process of joining together two pieces of conveyor belt. Usually, this is done to either elongate the original conveyor belt or to repair a torn or damaged conveyor belt.

The hot vulcanization splicing is equivalent to 60%-80% of the strength of the conveyor belt itself. ( Jointing with cold viscose is equivalent to 40%-55% of the strength of the conveyor belt itself; The buckle (mechanical joint) connection is only 28%-45%).

The heating element of conveyor belt jointing machine is made of rubber coated resistance heating wire. Compare with ordinary heater, it's more stable and faster heating speed.



The pressurizing element - Water pressure bladder is made of rubber, compared with ordinary metal pressure board, it has more balanced pressure, no rusting risk, lower leakage rish and longer service life.
