Introduction and characteristics of Heavy Tungsten Alloy Tube

The common process for preparing tungsten heavy alloys involves mixing the required amount of tungsten, iron, nickel or copper powder, then cold pressing and liquid phase sintering to almost full density. During the liquid phase treatment, the base tungsten alloy melts and brings some tungsten into the solution, thereby forming a microstructure through which large tungsten particles (20-60μm) are dispersed in the base alloy.
