Warehouse teardrop pallet rack is a very common style of roll-formed racking. Teardrop beams are held in place by clips instead of bolts, making it faster to assemble and disassemble than bolted styles of pallet racking. Teardrop is a type of selective pallet rack because you can access every pallet. The teardrop beams are usually orange, and the frames are green.
The frames are welded together, instead of bolted, for added stability. Beams are adjustable in 2" increments. Holes are drilled on the face of the column, not the corners, maximizing strength.
