Description:

PCD cutting tool blanks consist of PCD layer integrally sintered at ultra-high pressure and high temperature to a cemented tungsten carbide backing. They have the high hardness and abrasion resistance of nature diamond, and combined with the toughness that of tungsten carbide. Their life are 10 to 100 times of tungsten carbide cutters.

We have successfully developed a full line of polycrystalline diamond products. This is a direct result of us having introduced and digested advanced overseas technologies, and at the very same time benefiting from domestic production equipment and processes.
