Description:

SCM-600G is a complete one & two sides PE / PLA / Bio coating paper cup production solution. It's from the paper blank pile, bottom punching work from the paper roll, with the cup side sealing, bottom whirling and brim roll curling.

SEE SCM-600G paper cup machine adopts a desktop layout, with double-layer separation of transmission and forming. The transmission part adopts the horizontal and vertical axis connection transmission structure, the gears are transmitted in stages, and the mechanical lubrication is continuously supplied with oil. They are all installed in the frame under the table. The forming mold is assembled above the table to avoid cross-contamination and facilitate cleaning and maintenance. Double turntable structure, the middle turntable can realize the functions of cup mouth silicone oil and waste discharge. The machine adopts PLC and touchscreen control, servo feeding and photoelectric detection. It is suitable for the production of 6-16oz cold & hot drink cup.

Compared with traditional copper heaters, the ultrasonic heater is more stable and faster for sealing the cup side.

It provides easier operation and accurate adjustment and control of the machine.

6. Sensor failure detecting

It can stop working automatically when the problem happens to improve operational safety and reduce labor costs.

7. Two rim curling Institutions

The first curling with internal expansion of the rotary molding, is conducive to improving the paper forming strength; second curling heating stereotypes, beautiful volume, dimensional stability.

8. Customized replaceable molds

It's easy to change the molds to make cups of different sizes.
