Description

Generally, a worm and a shaft are made into one body, which is called a worm shaft. The structure of the worm gear can be divided into three forms.
①Integral type: used for cast iron and bronze worm wheels with small diameters.
②Press-fit type of gear ring: the hub is cast iron or cast steel, and the rim is bronze.
③ Bolt connection type: the wheel flange and the hub adopt reamed holes and are connected by bolts. This structure is convenient for assembly and disassembly.
