Coating

Spear top tubular steel fencing and gates feature a six-step pre-treatment process, then finished with an Architectural Grade Powder Coat. This super-durable coating is environmentally sound and provides longer protection from U.V. rays and salt spray than either E-Coat or standard polyester coatings.

Colours

Spear top tubular steel fencing and gates are available standard with black coating. Additional colours, including custom matches, are available.

Surface treatment:

1. Hot-dip Galvanized: To work electrochemical protection, to prevent base steel rusting from inside to outside

2. Zinc Phosphate: To enhance the adhesive power of coated film to the base steel
