Base slip is easiest to start at high temperatures, and column slip is preferred at low temperatures. Slip is most likely to occur along the crystal direction with high atomic density, so the crystal growth interface and (0001) surface angle hours, due to the bottom slip, easy to produce a large number of crystal boundaries; On the contrary, it is not easy to produce slip, crystal boundary is not easy to generate.
