Description

Welding pin is a kind of high-strength rigid connection fasteners. Welding pins are cylindrical heads for arc stud welding, which is short for Cheese head studs for arc stud welding. The specifications of welding pins are nominal diameter Ф10～Ф25mm. The length is 40～300 mm. Welding pins have the manufacturer's identification mark made by embossing on the top surface of the head, and the welding pins have a wide range of uses.

Due to the presence of Cu2+ in the test, the salt spray of the acidified copper-containing sodium chloride solution has cathodic effects on nickel, chromium, etc. The coating has a significant corrosive effect, and the test results are close to the corrosion of the urban atmosphere. It is suitable for copper, nickel, chromium plating or nickel and chromium plating. For example, the logo on the car, the chrome-plated outer handle, the chrome-plated inner handle, the chrome plate of the front grille, the chrome wheel nut and so on.
